Read the Label for the Whole Story

Whole grains are your healthiest choice for bread and cereal. But don’t be fooled by a little brown food coloring. Always read the label. If the first word on the label isn’t “whole” -- whole wheat, whole corn or whole rye -- it isn’t whole grain bread. Keep shopping till you get what you’re paying for.
